*Regarding the interim dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, we have decided the dividend per share of ¥62.17 by applying the dividend payout ratio of 39% to earnings per share for the six months ended September 30, 2024. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, the annual dividend is at the higher of either payout ratio of 39% or ¥98.60 per share.
